Rescatux – 0.71-beta7
Rescatux is a GNU/Linux rescue cd (and eventually also Windows) but it is not like other rescue disks. Rescatux comes with Rescapp. Rescapp is a nice wizard that will guide you through your rescue tasks.
Just downloading the latest version but there have been quite a few updates since I last created a boot cd so hopefully this very useful distribution will come in handy for other tasks. It is really useful for removing unknown or forgotten windows passwords among other things.
I usually bring a boot disk to the Tech Jam, just in case it comes in useful.
