In a related topic to my previous post. As I am now using Debian. I was looking for the application in the menu called ‘passwords and keys‘ It turns out that this is in fact called ‘seahorse’. This offers an easy to use interface for GnuPG, ssh keys and security certificates. So a good tool, but don’t forget to understand how to do things via the command line too. Over reliance on GUI tools is no good if you have to use a CLI (Command Line Interface) at some point.
This can be installed with : apt install seahorse and within Debian can be found on the Accessories menu.
